very hard to be an foreigner !

In Spain it's the compain of politic in order to the election of president in March. So, both parts talk about promises and ect ... But the surprise is that the topic of foreign. The right part politic proposes new law in order to control the foreigner. A law where people of ouside must to demostrate that they are integrated and this law talks about some obligations or norms that the foreigner must to carry out. But what kind of obligations ? to respect the laws of the country, ok, like every cityzen. Moreover, foreigner must to learn the culture and custumber of Spain ! like what kind of culture or custumber ? like the "corrida" like "artificial fire" in valencia ... I don't know. The problem, like always, is that the topic of emigrants is very complicated. Because is fine to want to integrate people and no let them in the street. But please not to much words about that the foreigner is the person that takes the job of an spanish people, or foreigners are people that use and overuse the medic system ! please ! because everybody know that the job of the one emigrant is a job that a spanich guy doesn't want ! and if a person works and contributes to the medical system, why they can't use it ?

But, Spain is not an exception, because in France or England or Germany, it's the same. The same debate and the same arguments !

So, everyone can be one day an foreigner so please think about it.
